What if something comes up?

Our 6-week programs are intentionally kept small to create a supportive, connected experience for every Mom. Because each registration reserves one of a limited number of spots, late cancellations can prevent another family from participating.

Thank you for understanding and helping us keep these programs sustainable.

If extenuating circumstances come up, and you need to cancel your registration for one of our groups:

❋ More than 14 days before the program start date:

Receive a full refund, less a $25 administration fee.

❋ 7-14 days before program start date

Receive a 50% refund. If your spot is filled, you will receive a full refund less the $25 administration fee.

❋ Less than 7 days before the program start date:

Refunds are not available unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist. If your spot is filled, you will receive a full refund less the $25 administration fee.

❋ After the program has started:

No refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawals or missed sessions.

As this is a closed program designed to foster connection and continuity within the group, we are unable to offer make-up sessions, refunds, or credits for missed classes. Drop-is are not permitted.

Missed Sessions:

If The MotherFlock cancels a program due to low registration, participants will receive a full refund.
