“Joining this group has been one of the best choices I’ve made in my postpartum journey. I can’t recommend it enough.”
“Joining Motherflock was one of the best decisions I've made in my motherhood journey. Gemma has so thoughtfully crafted a program that's informative and builds community at the same time. And it's not just for first time mums, as a second time mum I've got so much out of it as well.”

“I was waitlisted for the Trout Lake Mother's group and I am so glad I got a spot. Meeting a group of moms every Friday for a few weeks was so uplifting, validating and connective. Gemma has a beautiful presence that allows for meaningful discussion and reflection, while imparting helpful strategies and guidance. There is such a need for this genuine support and Gemma has begun to fill a much needed gap!”
— Former group member“Motherhood can be a scary and lonely place to be. Stumbling upon this 6 week closed group program called Motherflock is one of the best things that has happened. It not only connected us new moms to each other and to other resources, but has in a sense forced me to get out of the house alone with my little one regularly - which was a scary thing that I haven't done before attending this group! Highly recommended!”
